3- Swift Replacement: Once we receive your message and necessary information, we'll promptly dispatch a replacement for the damaged or incorrect item.

Return policy.

The return of the courses or any product can be made within 3 days, calculated from the moment of receiving the service/product. To return a product or purchased course please send us an e-mail at japaneseninjas27@gmail.com. The number of days taken to process the refund and credit the amount to the customer's bank account will be under 7 working days.

Additional Note-: Our Shipping policy is only applicable for the products which we are delivering on physical addresses and this we are only doing domestically. For international customers we are only providing them online services and no delivery of any physical goods and services not even the study material as everything will be online. Hence if any customer took our online courses, then only refund policy will be applicable on customers purchases.
